Robert (Bob) A. Sells

Bob has 30 years of experience serving the construction materials industry and a record of achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement. He has significant expertise in operations, sales, and P&L management, with career experience ranging from sales and operations management of regional aggregate and ready-mix operations to most recently running Titan America’s Mid-Atlantic Business Unit with cement, aggregates and concrete P&L responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. 


Outside of his extensive operations background, Bob has led strategic growth initiatives and successful acquisition and greenfield efforts.  He has significant experience in ready mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and concrete block. He earned a Master of Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and is a registered Professional Engineer in 10 states.
